South Bristol Building Codes The South Bristol Town Zoning Code is available in booklet form at the Town Clerk's Office for $25.00. The book contains Chapter 170 of the Code which includes all building rules and requirements. Building permit applications can be obtained from the Code Enforcement Office Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 4:00pm.
